Artwork for your Promotional Magnets

Our qualified team of artist's are ready to accept your artwork in nearly any form. If your artwork is not ready for production, it's no problem! We can create stunning designs from mock-ups, drawings, or business cards that meet the purpose of your magnet promotion and marketing campaign.

Once we have worked with you to design the ideal magnet for your propose, we will provide you with a proof, free of charge. Production will not resume until you are completely satisfied and your approval has been received.

Please note that 60 complimentary minutes of design time is allotted to each customer's order. One hour is normally sufficient to scan, layout, provide proofs and otherwise design your magnets. If additional design time is required, we will be happy to provide this service at a rate of $50 per hour.

Production Ready Artwork Requirements (Preferred Method)

• 1. Submit your artwork from one of two following sources:
  · Adobe Illustrator in EPS, PDF, or AI (Convert Fonts to Curves or Outlines)
  · Adobe Photoshop in EPS, PDF, or PSD (Save with Layers and Include Fonts)


• 2. Do not place text, logos, or images within 3/16” from the edge of the magnet.


• 3. Supply bitmaps at a resolution of 300dpi or better.

Other Artwork Submission Guidelines (Secondary Method)

1. 1. Convert fonts to curves or outlines when possible. If you are unable to make this conversion, use True Type or Type 1 font for submission. (Please note that when converting fonts across many different platforms, discrepancies may occur. We always require your approval of proofs before final production.)


2. 2. Send as a PDF or EPS file.
